School update

Well I guess I should update. Things have been busy. Aidan had been in school for a few weeks now. He really seams to be doing well. He is excited about going, but doesn’t like to talk about it much. He is cute about getting ready; he has been coming out of his room in the morning already dressed. That makes it much easier now that he is potty trained as well. His teacher seams really excited. I went to pick him up and meet the teacher and got the tour of the classroom and saw the different activity areas. It looks like he should learn a lot and I think the social environment will help him as well.
I have been at the U for about a month. This is tough. Although I am seeing the different a great teacher makes in the understanding of a subject. My Strength of Materials teacher is incredible. He explains the material in a way that makes sense and everyone can follow. My fluids mechanics teacher, not so easy to understand, or his explanations are not so easy. I think it’s that he is a new teacher strait from getting his Phd. Dr Adams on the other hand spent time in the industry and gets it how it works in the real world. So the classes are going quite differently.
Stacie has been at home with the kids since Aidan started and know knows the joys of staying with the kids all day while they fight. It has been a adjustment for her, she has been working since I was laid off about two years ago. It was hard for her to leave the job it was a good job for her and they really liked her at the office, but it will be better for the kids to have her home more.
Isaac is adjusting to not having his brother around, but of course a lot of the time is while he is asleep. I some times think that he is ready to go to Pre School. He certainly talks like a preschooler and I would put him up against any other kid for toughness.
Ari is walking now and can make it across the room with out falling, but she still crawls because it is faster. She seams to change more every day. She sure does talk a lot. I don’t remember Aidan talking this much and Isaac was such a quite kid this has been a real shock to have a loud baby.

Aidan started School

Aidan started school on Monday.
He is doing really well and even Mom is doing well with it.
of course she is there with him today.

Actually I think Isaac is havingthe hardest time. he doesn't have his big brother to run around with him.

Went to the Fair last night

So for family home evening we went to the Fair, and yes I know it was on Wednesday sometime that happens.

Ari was having a good time, just as long as someone was holding her.

The boys rode the horse like little cowboys.

I had trouble getting a picture so a little video of the boys having fun

We ended the night with icecream, a good way to end.

It was a fun night, but it was a late night.
