Well Aidan tuned 4 this year. Wow time does fly. It seams just like yesterday I got the call while in Payson that I needed to get to the hospital.
What is the funny thing he seams at time much older than four.
He is such a bright boy, that few things must he be shown twice before he can do them himself. He has even decided that is ok to use the toilet.
He day was normal but it was fun to be woken up and get presents right off. We spent the day playing and then went to grandma to work on the yard and the boat.
The next day the grandparents came over for dinner and a party, and of course more presents. He even got a few presents on the trip to Flaming George.
It good to drag it out a few days.We love you very much Aidan.

We like White Fords.

Well we got a new car, or really a truck. I have wanted an Explorer for a while or something like it. I really wanted something that would be a little better in the snow for Stacie and the kids. I found this one on the way home one night. Now it has more miles than I would like, but the people we bought it from had taken really good care of it. The funny thing is it is the third(or fourth if you count my white bronco that not running) in the family, Rogers White Expedition and D’s White Escape. Do you see the pattern?
I have already gotten it stuck once. The four wheel drive system works ok, just not when you’re high centered.
It’s a good truck and I think it will work out well for us.

Boating with Papa

Dad has been working on his boat, and wanted to take it out for a test run.
So the boys and I tagged along.The boat is still not running right, but that didn’t matter to the Aidan and Isaac. They had a blast. They both got to drive the boat.

Then it was Issacs turn.

Yes the boat was in gear and we were moving when they were driving. They really did a good job. They didn't run us aground or anything.

The wing kicked up on our way back so Aidan hid his head, then fell asleep.

it's rough out on the high seas.

It was tricky docking the boat, but we got it on the first try. That’s what years of docking a boat in the high winds of Strawberry reservoir will get you.

I guess I should post something, so when dropping Aidan off at grandmas' he now tells me to "be a good grown-up"
